Cruise Check-in

Checking In At The Baltimore Cruise Terminal On Royal Caribbean to Bermuda
The cruise terminal boarding area opens at 10:30am. Upon entering the terminal, ensure you have your passports and cruise documents ready. Completing online pre-registration the week before sailing can expedite the registration process.

After the port greeters verify your paperwork, you will proceed to the security line. Similar to airport procedures, place your carry-on luggage on a screening belt and pass through a metal detector. It's important to note that bottles are checked for alcohol content. Each stateroom is allowed two 750ml bottles of wine. We successfully brought unopened diet tonic water and caffeine-free diet coke on board. However, individuals attempting to conceal alcohol in other containers had their drinks confiscated.

Following security clearance, you will be directed to your designated check-in station in the large terminal. The process moves swiftly due to multiple stations for different stateroom classes and Crown & Anchor Membership levels.

At the check-in desk, you will be asked to sign a waiver confirming your health status in the past week to prevent the spread of illness on board. Signing this waiver is necessary for boarding. Additionally, you will authorize the cruise line to charge your credit card for incidentals and onboard purchases. Cruise cards serve as room keys and payment methods throughout the voyage. Your picture will be taken and displayed on the card for security reasons.

With paperwork completed and keys in hand, you are ready to board the ship! Head toward the escalators, which may seem daunting with baggage, but there are also elevators available if needed, though there may be a short wait.

Double check what can be brought onboard and what can not be. Items are subject to change without notice.

As of August 1, 2024 parking rates are $20 per night for passenger cars and SUVS. Anything larger will have a higher rate.
